I have very “delicate/picky” feet and he was kind and I bought 2 styles. One Sandle style concerned me but as he promised, try them and if I had a problem, he’d make it right. Well, they hit my foot in a funny spot so he exchanged them immediately, no issues, and I got another pair similar to my black ones but white. They are surprisingly comfortable and at first feel a little heavy but soon you realize how much good support they offer. Yes, they are on the higher end price wise but made so well, have a great look and you get what you pay for things, these are meant to last 3 years or more so the annual cost very fair! Oh, also have a great clever easy entry adjustable dial, not seen before and attractive too.”
